Kinesiology Training – Muscular

MUSCLE  PERFORMANCE & ENHANCEMENT

An Integrative & Functional Kinesiology Workshop

The focus of this workshop is about enhancing the performance of how the body will move in a very integrative and functional manner. It will look at restoring balance, postural alignment and integrative body movement. The application of using retensioning balancing techniques and reactivity concepts that pertain to muscles, ligaments and tendons will be addressed. Those students / practitioners that have had difficulty using and applying muscular reactivity concepts will find these applications very easy to use with attaining quick positive results.

Introduction

The focus of this workshop is about enhancing the performance of how the body will move in a very integrative and functional manner. It will look at restoring balance, postural alignment and integrative body movement. The application of using retensioning balancing techniques and reactivity concepts that pertain to muscles, ligaments and tendons will be addressed. Those students / practitioners that have had difficulty using and applying muscular reactivity concepts will find these applications very easy to use with attaining quick positive results.

Development & History

The purpose behind developing this course is related to the fact that some kinesiologists have trouble getting their head around using Reactive Muscles. This brings clarity to this and introduces a more simplified application to using the principles of Reactive Muscles. This course also introduces the use of working with ligaments and working upright and in motion

Aims and Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course for students is to provide a more in depth understanding and application of using reactivity concepts for muscles, ligaments and tendons alongside retensioning balancing techniques.

The objective is to provide more effective skills which are easy to use skills to improve postural alignment and balance restoration so as there is enhanced performance of how the body will move in a very integrative and functional manner.

The student will have skills to work at any level of the body related to superficial and deep muscles, tendons and ligaments using the skills related to reactivity concepts with retensioning balancing techniques so as to restore postural alignment and increased freedom of movement.

What is unique about this course is that it takes existing reactivity concepts to a new depth of working and ease of application and opens up the availability of using these concepts on deep muscles, ligaments and tendons supported by the retensioning balancing techniques.

This course should open the confidence and ability of the student to easily handle imbalance challenges pertained to muscles, tendons and ligaments that many people are faced with. Students will gain confidence using learnt skills working passively and actively with the upright, moving mechanism.
